    This is by far our most popular workshop. Designed for the novice breather, this fun and interactive 90-minute workshop offered live or online takes you through the breath basics. You will understand the link between stress, the mind, the emotions, and how you can positively influence them with your breath. More importantly you will come away with the simplest breathing techniques that you can practice in any stressful situation.

  • BEGIN WITH BREATH

    This course is ideal for anyone working in health care (mental health or medicine), education, or management, who wants to deepen in their therapeutic tool kit and also be able to teach various breathing practices in their repertoire of skills. This course is directed towards giving health care providers, educators, & managers the tools that they need to support not only themselves, but the clients, students, or staff that they serve.

  • NERVOUS SYSTEM FIRST AID KIT

    Learn how the nervous system works in times of stress and how to respond with breathing. This course covers all the breath basics and includes manual, reference guide, and recorded guided breathing meditations. This is an introductory level course for all levels. Delivered live on-line synchronous and asynchronous and in-person for workshops, retreats, and weekly courses.

  • EMOTIONAL LITERACY FOR MANAGERS

    Managers need to have a basic grasp of emotional literacy in order to be able to attune and manage their employees stress levels, as well as be able to manage their own. This is a crash course in therapy/breathwork hybrid to prime managers on how to read, understand, and respond to emotional and mental health concerns that their employees may present in the workplace.
