 1

Start Your Day With Intention

There’s a reason so many ancient traditions prioritize the early morning hours—it’s quiet and it’s the perfect time to connect to yourself before you need to take care of all your other obligations. Each session helps you center your mind, set clear intentions for the day, practice gratitude, and strengthen your nervous system—before you’ve even had your coffee. Our practice begins with a short warm to engage the body, and is then followed by an 11 minute meditation.

You’re Not Doing This Alone

Forming a new habit is hard—but it’s way easier when you do it with others.
Our community of sleepy-eyed, kind-hearted breathers are right there with you, cheering you on (pajamas and all). Think of it like a virtual wellness slumber party where everyone’s goal is the same: to feel better, together.

Consistency Creates Real Magic

No gimmicks here. Just consistent practice, gentle guidance, and a rhythm that helps you make conscious breathing part of your life. No more excuses. The more you practice, the more it becomes second nature. Before long, conscious breathing turns into conscious living—and that’s when the real transformation begins.

Eat Prana For Breakfast

Deep, nourishing breath is soul food. It regulates your nervous system, boosts your mood, and gives your whole body what it truly craves. Skip the morning scrolling and start your day with a full serving of prana instead.
YUM. YUM. YUM.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What kind of breathing practice is this? Where does it come from?
The practices are rooted in the traditions of Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan, a meditative healing art. These are time-tested practices designed to regulate the nervous system, cultivate inner awareness, and support emotional balance. They blend breath, sound, posture, and awareness into an accessible, deeply grounding experience. The first 10 minutes consists of warm up exercises, followed by an 11- minute pranayama (breathing exercise).
Do I need to have experience with breathwork or yoga?
Nope! Total beginners are absolutely welcome. The sessions are guided step-by-step, and you can go at your own pace. Whether it’s your first time breathing consciously or you’ve been at it for years, you’ll feel right at home. Some practices may feel more challenging at first but you can adapt them to whatever level you are at. If you want to learn more about the techniques behind the practices, you can sign up for Begin with Breath (LINK).
What if I can’t make it live?
No problem. Every session is recorded and emailed to you the same day. You also get access to our growing Practice Library, so you can breathe on your own schedule.
What do I need to participate?
Just a quiet space, a comfortable seat, and a device with Zoom. You don’t need a mat, special clothing, or any fancy tools. Pajamas are totally fine.
Is this a workout? Will I be sweating?
Not in the traditional sense. While some practices may energize you and include rhythmic breath patterns, the focus is on nervous system regulation, presence, and consciousness—not physical exertion. However, some practices can be physically demanding, but more often than not it is not about physical strength but developing your mental power.
What are the benefits of doing this regularly?
People report feeling calmer, more focused, better able to handle stress, and more connected to themselves and others. The magic is in the consistency—by practicing daily, you’re giving your body and mind a steady foundation of support. Be sure to check out our testimonials to find out more.
Is there a community aspect?
Yes! You’re not just breathing alone—you’re joining a beautiful, supportive group of people who are committed to personal growth and self-care. Over time, the familiar faces and shared intention help build a real sense of connection. We have been breathing daily for over 4 years now and some members have been there since the beginning. Those who breathe together, stay together.
What if I miss a few days?
No guilt, no pressure. Life happens. Just come back when you can. The breath will always be there for you, and so will we.
How much does membership cost? Can I try it for free?
Membership is $50 CAD per month, and your first week is free—so you can try the practices, breathe with us, and see if it’s a good fit for you.
